Solution Designer – Symantec Altiris Technologies
Required Experience - 7-8 years,
Job Location - Bangalore
Skills and Technology Required
·Experience on Altiris Technologies from Symantec.
·Expertise on Altiris desktop and server suites (CMS, SMS 7.x)
·Experience on technologies from Symantec to deliver a multi tenanted server and desktop management capability.
·Experience on patch, inventory capabilities, deployment and software management using Symantec Altiris Technologies.
·Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (networks, server, virtualization, Windows Server concepts, etc.)
·Ability to understand Network Architecture, Security and Performance issues
·Experience of automating tasks/processes – developing scripts, integrating tools or configuration of automation tools
·Experience of a Service Delivery environment including ITIL processes for Incident/Change/Problem management
Roles and Responsibility
·Solution Design using Symantec Altiris Technologies.
·High End Design and provide Customer solutions on the platform.
·Engage directly with customer and other business stake holder to understand the requirement
·Gathers requirement, Design, develop and implement the solutions using the tools and technologies.
·Provide quality documentation for the deliveries made
·Confident to present, teach and coach skills to a wider team
