Bangalore Metro
On Oct 15th, I went to CMH Road, Indira Nagar to celebrate an important occasion in my life and happened to pass by metro station there. From, the previous post, you might have known that a fellow blogger had intimated me about his experiences and I wanted to relive them myself. By the looks of it, Metro station is one swanky and niftily built and well-maintained fortress, but with the biggest hole to let any one ponder into it.
I happened to read a post which stated that Namma Metro security would not allow drunkards and virally infected people into the metro trains. WTF!!! How would anyone know that the opposite person is virally infected or diseased with TB or dengue? Do the passengers need to carry a medical certificate along with them if they wish to travel by metro rail? I highly doubt the statement, but would like that to happen. So, coming to the ticket part.
This Namma Metro will reduce the traffic congestion on the most busiest roads of Bangalore, namely Old Madras Road, Whitefield and ITPB. The 9-kilometer stretch between Baiyappanahalli and MG Road will be used by three car train to transport people to their destinations.
