Backend Architect (10+ years of experience) (HC:1)

Prior experience of Backup/Data protection software is must (symantec,
commvault)
Knowledge of deduplication, replication, HA, cloud is must
Deep knowledge of VMWARE or Hyper-V is must
Ability to guide team technically on day to day basis
Help QA team to come up with test cases and scenarios as well as
performance benchmark
Knowledge of FUSE based file system is HUGE plus

Senior backend Developer (3-6 years of experience) (HC:1)

Expert in Linux/Windows, C/C++
Knowledge of Python or Perl is must
Should know basic Linux administration
Knowledge of Virtualization like VMWARE is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of Storage concepts is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of FUSE based file system is HUGE plus

Junior Backend Developers (1-3 years of experience) (HC:2)

Expert in Windows/C/C++ or Linux/C/C++
Knowledge of scripting like Perl/Python/Power shell is must
Should be team player and ready to work hands on
Knowledge of Storage/Virtualization is big plus but not mandatory

Senior UI Developers (4-8 years of experience) (HC:1)

Expert in PHP & Java script
MVC framework knowledge like Code Igniter / Cake PHP is big plus
Java script libraries like DOJO / JQUERY
Preferred if worked with product development companies (especially
startup)
Knowledge of photo shop / graphics design is BIG plus

Junior UI Developers (2-4 years of experience) (HC:2)

Expert in PHP & Java script
MVC framework knowledge like Code Igniter / Cake PHP is big plus
Java script libraries like JQUERY
Preferred if worked with product development companies (especially
startup)

Senior SQA Engineer (HC: 1)

5-8 years of experience in QA testing of enterprise storage solutions
In depth knowledge of virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V,
VMWARE, Citrix XENServer, KVM etc
Experience in configuring, installing testing host OS and applications
such as Exchange, SQL, Oracle
Setup HA and replication such as MSCS, VCS, VVR etc
Experienced in one of the following: Unx Shell, PERL or Windows
scripting
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Junior SQA Engineer (HC: 2)

3+ years of experience in QA testing of enterprise storage solutions
In depth knowledge of virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V,
VMWARE, Citrix XENServer, KVM etc
Experience in configuring, installing testing host OS and applications
such as Exchange, SQL, Oracle
