Front-end Developer:

YourNextLeap is looking for a passionate Frontend Developer who can
develop clean and correct HTML. In this role, you will be the guiding
light to continue YourNextLeap’s focus on designing quality internet
products.  If you make sure you close all your tags, then this role is
for you.

We are looking for people who:
- are intelligent and ambitious
- can develop standard based, table-less, HTML from wireframes or
designs
- can write cross browser compliant CSS3
- have experience in javascript and basic exposure to libraries like
jQuery, etc
- have experience with or are willing to learn templating languages
like HAML and SASS
- have exposure to HTML5
- understand web 2.0 aesthetics
- are willing to learn and unlearn development tools and workflows
- have 2-3 years of work experience

SEO Manager:

YourNextLeap is looking for an SEO Manager to join the growing team
and take lead in the overall management of all SEO related operations.
If you keep in touch with new trends in SEO (e.g. Google Panda update)

We are looking for people who:

- are familiar with all aspects of SEO - on page & off page SEO, Link
Building and PR Matrix etc.
- have excellent knowledge of Keyword Research and Analysis

Prior experience of Backup/Data protection software is must (symantec,
commvault)
Knowledge of deduplication, replication, HA, cloud is must
Deep knowledge of VMWARE or Hyper-V is must
Ability to guide team technically on day to day basis
Help QA team to come up with test cases and scenarios as well as

Senior backend Developer (3-6 years of experience) (HC:1)

Expert in Linux/Windows, C/C++
Knowledge of Python or Perl is must
Should know basic Linux administration
Knowledge of Virtualization like VMWARE is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of Storage concepts is a plus but not mandatory

Expert in Windows/C/C++ or Linux/C/C++
