invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to
417 posts of warders, 22 posts of Jailers & 25 posts of
Instructors(Grade-2) in various prisons of Karnataka.
Last date to Apply Online : 22-07-2011 upto 2:00 PMAge Limit : Minimum 20 years Maximum 26 years (28 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
Education Qualification :
- Jailer : Any Degree (Candidates with Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, Correctional Administration, or equivalent qualification is preferred)
- Grade-2 Instructors : Passed in SSLC or equivalent with JOC/ Diploma in Electrical/Carpentry/ Mechanical/Textile/Tailoring/Carpet Making etc.)
- Warder : Pass in SSLC or equivalent
