Changer is growing rapidly and therefore looking for a new colleague
that helps us design ultimate user experiences for our clients and our
own products! We are looking for a successful UX Designer to empower
our current R&D and project-teams.
UX/UI Designer/Interaction Engineer with proven interaction design
experience, actually on web products, ideally also for mobile
applications in the field of risk & incident portals as well as
community portals. You will be someone who develops the front-end,
thinks about user interaction at it's core.
As a UX Designer within Changer / Changer Technologies you will be
working within a leading and innovative web 2.0 company, which
specializes in Risk Management software and services on the one hand
and Customer Experience Projects on the other hand, however all for A-
brands of the world.
Working with enterprises like KPN, TOTAL, Maersk. Because of the
growing number and size of projects the need for experienced Frontend
focused individuals who know how to deliver crisp Rich Internet
Application (RIA) interfaces is critical to our success. Someone who
has UCD at their core.
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team, as part of the
delivery organization. The team is small, but works on big projects
with big ambitions: often changing the online presence for our
customers drastically, this is a long-term opportunity to carve your
own UX related career, A REAL BLANK CANVAS. To make sure Changer
creates design for meaningful experiences, they bridge the challenges
for users, technology, and business.
When working in projects, you will work with a multi disciplinary
team, consisting of internal and customer experts. You will work from
the Leidschendam (or Pune) office, or from a (sometimes international)
customer site.
Besides customer projects, you can work on internal products as well
as part of an agile team on the user experience of future releases.
You know how to add both efficiency and delight to a design. You know
enterprise level businesses industries operate online, and you know
what you would like to change, improve and develop. The successful UX
Designer will really like to sink your teeth in a project to really
make that design work. You know how to bridge the gap between
business, end user and development needs. The successful individual
will work with little guidance and be able to work responsibly and
automonously.
You can guide the customer towards a successful User Experience
implementation, in project teams with little UI design understanding.
The work consists of several parts, first, you are quick to understand
a process and gather relevant requirements. Secondly design and
modelling: you know how to model processes and flows, within a certain
business context. Thirdly, consultancy: you are able to guide the
customer as well as our own team towards the solution, and arrange
trainings. And finally, creation: you help the customer getting
started with the solution, by working by example.
• Experience with modelling online processes and form flows
• Bachelor's degree in Business information Systems, or user
experience
• Experience with (or degree in) Graphical User Interface design for
online applications
• Experience with enterprise risk management is a plus
• HTML5/CSS3 experience is a must
• Team collaboration skills; intensive collaboration with customer and
Changer team members.
In return, you have a vast opportunity to really build something with
Changer where you will be rewarded accordingly.
